Do you accept returns or exchange?
No. Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchange. However if there is a problem with your order, please contact us. We are here to help!
Do you have Afterpay?
Yes! However Afterpay is not compatible with out website provider so does requires manual processing (We will send you a separate link!) Just send us a message.
Do you offer Layby?
Conditions apply and a payment schedule can be arrange for high value items over $300. We will discuss this with you on an individual basis. Please note we are a micro business and offer buy now, pay later options to take away the hassle of manual layby and ensure we get your crystals home to you sooner.
If you fail to make payments, your layby may be cancelled. We will post any items your payments cover and return to stock any unpaid goods.
Please contact us should you wish to arrange a payment schedule before competing the checkout process as we will direct you on how to make payments.
**Important: If your layby in cancelled for failing to meet the above T&Cs and repayments equal less than the value of your layby, a credit will be issued to you instead. No refunds are offered on layby repayments.

Will my crystal be identical to the product photo?
Please note, while we do our utmost to photograph the piece in it's truest form colours may vary slightly. Crystals are a natural gift from the earth and may have minor "imperfections" but we believe this is what makes each piece truely unique and special. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to purchasing and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Are all your crystals natural?
Yes! We only stock 100% natural beauties! If a crystal has been treated or artificially enhanced in some way this will be clearly noted in that products description!
